Register for the Sprint to Stage challenge and I'll run you through all of the steps.
Challenge starts on Tuesday 23rd May 2023 at 10am (AEST) and continues Wednesday 24th May and Thursday 25th May at 10am.
Each day the sessions will run for an hour. ALL sessions will be recorded for you.
This is a 3 day challenge which includes:
Day 1: Let's come up with your one sheet which is your one page speaker bio you will use to pitch to get speaking gigs.
Day 2: Today we will go through how to pitch to clients to get speaking gigs.
Day 3: It's time to learn how to find highly paid speaking gigs.
Meet Jaimie
Jaimie Abbott is an award-winning media professional and international keynote speaker and has spent two decades in the industry working as a Radio and TV Journalist, Political Media Adviser, Managing Director of her own public speaking and media training company and a Communications Adviser for the Royal Australian Air Force. She was an elected Councillor on Port Stephens Council for over 4 years up until 2021.
In 2011 Jaimie was deployed to Afghanistan where she worked as the Chief Media Trainer in Kabul for six months for Headquarters International Security Assistance Force. In this role, she trained over 100 international General Officers on how to master media interviews. Jaimie has an MBA, a Master of Strategic People Management, A Bachelor of Communication and is a graduate of the AICD Company Directors Course.
With over twenty years in the media and speaking world, Jaimie has worked with hundreds of entrepreneurs, influencers and coaches to help them get their name out there in the lucrative world of professional speaking.
